Why I love helping people cry
I love helping people cry.
Many come seeking answers + healing, yet few realize they are drawn to sit with me because their bodies are aching to release ancient tears.
As a water healer, I sense these ancient tears welling at our depths, swirling + churning, waiting lifetimes for our inevitable surrender so they can flow freely towards the light of day.
I've felt the power of holding space for trapped emotions to rise + release in a safe loving container, witnessing my clients find sweet relief. Listening with smiling ears as they express how much lighter they feel, like they can finally breathe again.
I love witnessing such meaningful release + sharing how tears naturally detoxify the body of stagnant emotions, traumas, + the heaviness of holding in the weight of past hurts.
I'll always encourage you to let go + embrace your tears with non-judgmental awareness + compassion. Why?
Because it's beautiful + it works.
Because our tears have sacred significance + purpose.
Because they intelligently move internalized energies up + out as intended by our divine design.
And while crying isn't always easy or convenient, I promise you it is FREEING.
Trust me, I've cried many a river + there is always a release, a shedding, a letting go.
Our minds + cultural conditioning may fight it, yet our willingness to weep allows the natural cycle of life's waters to flow, cleansing the waters within + those of our beloved planet (spoiler: we are One. Your body is her body, so make it rain).
Cry again. Show others its okay. Honor this natural + courageous act as embodied self-healers.
Cry for the inner child told to suck it up + not make a scene
Cry for rain
Cry for those who shouldered the blame for your trapped emotions
Cry for blessings + miracles
Cry for the Earth burning
Cry for the revelations + awakenings
Cry for the little ones growing up in a world that normalizes separation + fear over connection + Love
Cry for our mothers who carry the world's suffering without reverence or compensation
Cry for our fathers who don't know how to feel without fear of being judged, punished, or rejected
Cry for the hope buried beneath the pain
Cry for no reason at all
Just cry.
