There is no one way

there is no one way
no map to the center
of it all
for you may find Truth in scripture,
children's eyes,
some looming loss
and I may find God
in the rain

neither was the savior
nor a teacher for every
One
no person, place, or thing
can spare us
the journey just begun

yet each will be a mirror
reflecting, a spark
within
flickering eternally
the Heart of timeless kin

open yourself
again
and again
to the way which calls
to you
alone
let them take the
w i n d i n g
path, surrender
to the unknown

trust humbly
in all directions
know this in your bones
you shall meet your Beloved
again
no matter the forks
in
the
road

a greater Love awaits
us, beyond space
and time
a place where sepa-
ration dissolves
and souls merge Divine

fear not the dark
endless night
nor tender earthly goodbyes,
may spirits freely roam

loving deeper, every tinge
of loss
remembering, all paths
lead home
